You have at your disposal a size guide ( click here) that will help you choose the most suitable size for rings, necklaces and bracelets. If your available size is not suitable, you can always contact us and we will try to send one tailored to you.




3. costumizing pieces


(almost) Everything is possible! We can change the size of a ring, the length of a necklace, the color of the stone on a bracelet and the color of the earrings. The vast majority of our jewels are in 925 Silver, but we can even produce your favorite piece in 18kt ou 24kt Gold. You just have to talk to us and together we can make your dream come true. Custom parts returns will not be accepted.

For NACIONAL mainland deliveries: Standard (3-5 working days). The value of Standard Shipping is 3.95 EUR Express (2 business days) The value of Express Shipping is 8.95 EUR In-store pickup (3-5 working days) In-store pickup is free. Standard nacional shipments are free for orders over € 30.00. * These delivery terms are not applicable to islands. For INTERNACIONAL deliveries: Standard (3-5 working days). The value of Standard Shipping is 8.95 EUR. Standard international shipments are free for orders over € 100.00.




2. defective or wrong pieces


If you have received an item by mistake or it is defective, we apologize. Get immediately in touch with the Customer Service team and provide us with the following information: - Your order number - The product code / The product name - Inform in case you want a refund or replacement of the product. Note: it is IMPORTANT to keep both boxes and shipping labels and carton packaging. In case of incidents, you will also be asked for photographs of them.

If you want to exchange items contact our Customer Support or go to our store at São João da Madeira. Exchanges are always accepted when the piece is in perfect condition, with its original packaging and no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase/ receipt.

You can return your purchase online at our store in São João da Madeira or by contacting our Customer Support. Once you have checked the products returned to our Center, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid using the same payment method you used to purchase. We remind you that the time limit for the refund to be available in your account will depend on your bank. To prove the return, we recommend that you always keep the receipt of the courier service as proof of delivery of the package. We do not accept returns of personalized items.
