SECTION 3 – INACCURACIES
We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on Djuna.com may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability or in any way affects your individual order. Please be aware that we present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a Djuna product is listed at an incorrect price due to photo-graphical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Djuna shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Djuna shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Djuna shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
SECTION 4 – AVAILABILITY
At Djuna.com, we go out of our way to create the kind of distinctive collection for which the Djuna aesthetic is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities, and because of their limited availability, stock may not be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on Djuna.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. The prices displayed on the website are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Djuna, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licencors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Although we will make every effort to respond quickly to applicable email messages and social media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), Djuna.com is under no obligation to respond to all pieces of correspondence received through this site, or to maintain your submitted comments in confidence, or to pay compensation of any kind for your comments or submissions. While we welcome your comments and feed-back regarding Djuna.com, our merchandise and our services, we do not wish to receive any confidential or proprietary ideas suggestions, materials, or information via this website or any email connection. Please note that all of your comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, and other submissions that are disclosed or submitted to our company through Djuna.com shall become and remain the property of Djuna. Any such disclosure or submission by you is a declaration of the full release of all proprietary claims and/or intellectual rights regarding your submission. However, we will not use your name in connection with any such materials, information, suggestions, ideas or comments unless we first obtain your permission or otherwise are required by law to do so.
All shipping and delivery times are estimates subject to vendors availability and production lead times. If your order is out of stock or will require additional production time, we will contact you with a revised ETA giving you the opportunity to decide keep or cancel the order. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 24 hours of order receipt. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order. Free delivery does not include inside delivery. Free delivery is curbside only which includes phone ahead notification. Delivery company will contact you directly to set up delivery. If order is over 100 lbs it includes lift gate.
Item will be left in its packaging.
Please inspect packing for apparent damage; punctured or damaged boxes. If seen, note on receiving paperwork. Please inspect each piece carefully, no damage claims can be made after delivery.
If your order is over 100 lbs or you live in an apartment building, or have other entry logistical challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery.
We will not be responsible for items left out side if you choose free delivery .

Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items. Furniture and artwork orders cannot be canceled due to a backorder. Once an order is created, it is sent to the manufacturer. A cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order.
We do our very best to correctly price items on display on our website, however, there are those rare occasions when there is a price discrepancy or an item has been discontinued. We reserve the right to adjust the price and/or shipping cost or cancel the order. You will notify of any changes in price prior to finalizing your order.
Most of our furniture and artwork, in addition to large lighting, rugs, and mirrors will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider. If in stock, most pieces ship within 3-4 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. Custom pieces usually ship within 8-12 weeks unless otherwise specified on the product page. Transit typically takes 8 -14 business days. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Please refer to the estimated shipping timeframe noted on the product page for each piece.
Please note: an oversized/fragile item fee covers the cost of moving the oversized piece into the desired space and does not include package material removal or assembly. This fee does not include White Glove Delivery services.
Please measure your space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products from us to ensure that they will fit into your home. If a product does not fit, it will be sent back to us and outbound and retrun shipping charges plus a restocking fee will be deducted from your refrund.
Estimated Ship Date: we usually ship within 3 - 5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as the order is ready to ship. We ship with UPS and general shipping time is 3 - 7 days including Saturday deliveries.
Shipping charges are approximately 15% of the retail price, before tax.
- Shipping of small custom order can take 2 - 6 weeks. We will notify you of the approximate delivery date after the order has been placed.
We will notify you right away if an item(s) is out of stock.
Djuna will do everything possible to ensure an accurate shipping date but please be aware that all shipping dates are "ETA" estimate time of arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot guaranteed shipping time.
Before your appointment, please make sure the walkway and the area where you’d like the item placed are clear. The delivery agent cannot move existing furniture to make room for the new item. The agent is also unable to remove unwanted furniture or make any modifications to your home.
We ask that you take the time to review your delivery upon its arrival, and provide a signature upon receipt. If you have any questions about how your furniture item will be shipped and delivered, please call our Customer Service team at (303) 355-3500 or email us at email@example.com.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Please fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 48 hours of receipt, so that we may file a claim and include in your delivery documents.
If you refuse your furniture, artwork, lighting, rug, and mirror delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the piece will be brought back to the local delivery terminal. We will then review and evaluate the condition of the piece. Please note, the claims process for damaged furniture, artwork, lighting, rugs, and mirrors takes 2-4 weeks to finalize and issue a replacement. Our team will work hard to have a replacement issued and shipped as soon as possible.
Furniture that is refused due to non-damage or defect related feedback will be issued store credit as a refund less the original handling fee charges and a 15% restocking fee.
If you receive a freight item with a required signature, please inspect the packaging and open your package immediately (BEFORE SIGNING) to inspect the item. If the packaging or the item has obvious freight damage or is otherwise incorrect, refuse the shipment and mark the Bill of Lading packing slip as “damaged.”
NOTE: If you sign for a signature-required freight shipment without reporting the damage, defect, or error, you are responsible for all such damages and your damage claim may be denied. All damage claims must also be received within 48 hours of your item's arrival. Damage claims reported after 48 hours of your item’s arrival may be declined.
NOTE: If you arrange to pick up your item from a warehouse, you forfeit the right to claim any damage on your item with Djuna. We cannot accept damaged returns without the original packaging, and damage claims reported after 48 hours of your item’s arrival may be declined. Damage claims will be denied if the item has been used or installed.
NOTE: Different computers and web browers display colors differently. We are not responsible for variations in color between the product you receive and the product shown on our site. Similarly, all items made from natural products (including but not limited to: wood, marble, limestone, alabaster, glazed ceramic, etc.) will have natural variations and no two items will look identical. These variations are expected and will NOT be considered defects, damages, or incorrect items.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Our design team at Djuna has hand selected these products because we love them, but we understand that you may need to make a return.
Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. ARTWORK & FABRIC & SALE ITEMS
All artwork, fabric and sale items are final sale.

Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. Our team will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.
If a defect is discovered and/or delivery is refused, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours. Djuna will replace the item or schedule a furniture medic or service technician to repair the issue at no charge to you.
STOCKED DECOR ITEMS
We accept returns for decor pieces within 5 days of delivery with proof of purchase. We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center.

The item(s) must be packaged exactly as it was shipped. Do not write or put any markings on the outside of the packaging. Any slight variation in the repackaging could cause the piece to be damaged in transit, making the return invalid.
Any customized lighting is non-refundable. This includes any changes to overall chain length (lengthening or shortening).

Our online store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
